Traceable quantities. Visible assumptions.
Our measurement workflow connects schedules, elevations, specifications and revisions before a takeoff is issued for review.
01 / Establish the brief
Identify the project country, document revision, systems, units and required output. Agree pricing responsibility and exclusions.
02 / Reconcile schedules and elevations
Join each opening to a location and designation. Flag unscheduled panels and conflicting details instead of inventing a glass make-up.
03 / Separate glass, metal and openings
Measure each trade view on its stated basis. Keep gross openings, daylight areas, fabrication sizes and frame reference paths distinct.
04 / Review interfaces and assumptions
Check structural sheets, sealants, supports, membranes, hardware and access responsibilities. Attach RFIs to affected items.
05 / Check and issue
Review counts, formulas, unit conversions and revision coverage. Record the review status, pending items and tender cut-off. Any independent second review is confirmed in the commissioned scope.
06 / Control addenda
Record changed, added and removed quantities and specifications. Issue a revision log and identify superseded outputs.
Quantity measurement is not engineering design, compliance certification or fabrication approval. Project documents and the authorised design team govern technical requirements.
