Information you provide
The quote form collects name, email, phone with country code, optional company, optional project type and bid deadline, optional drawing uploads and your project message. Share only documents you are authorised to provide.
Enquiry delivery and storage
Drawings upload directly to Uploadcare and are stored until deleted from the Uploadcare project. File links are accessible to anyone who has the URL; share only documents you are authorised to provide. The enquiry API verifies storage and availability, then sends the requested fields and drawing links to the estimating inbox through authenticated SMTP. In local test mode, enquiry details and links are saved under the local project data directory. Production fails visibly when mail delivery is not configured.
Links, access and confidentiality
Drawing links are generated after a successful Uploadcare upload. Drawing files are not attached to outgoing email. Do not include passwords or access tokens in project messages. Confidentiality and NDA terms, authorised recipients and any special processing restrictions must be agreed for the engagement.
Access and deletion requests
Contact to request correction or deletion of enquiry information and to confirm applicable retention terms before submitting restricted documents. Email-provider and recipient mailbox copies are subject to their respective handling and retention arrangements.
